The POM initiative at Gray Road is a resource for men and boys of all ages that helps them to develop spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially.

• Spiritually men and boys are encouraged to know and grow in their relationship to Jesus the Christ as the central issue of life.
• Physically men and boys are encouraged to develop and maintain good health with good nutrition, exercise, and physical habits.
• Emotionally men and boys are encouraged to understand and manage their emotions and attitudes in all circumstances of life.
• Mentally men and boys are encouraged to develop their intellects and creative and critical thinking skills.
• Socially men and boys are encouraged to develop good social skills, strong interpersonal relationships, awareness of broader societal issues and the motivation to interact constructively with the world around them.

In addition, the POM initiative at Gray Road helps men and boys to develop an understanding of the importance of being financially responsible and capable of taking care of themselves and their families. This is done through the cultivation of an appreciation of working as an individual in an entrepreneurial fashion whether self-employed or being employed by someone else along with an appreciation of how to work with others in a collective fashion.
